HR Recruiter Trainee

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions to support the smooth operation of the department. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also play a vital role in supporting the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing company events and employee engagement activities, as well as participating in HR projects and initiatives. Providing general administrative support to the HR department will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will also be beneficial in this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our location in Kochi, Kerala.
