HR Recruiter Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR activities with a focus on recruitment and coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a corporate environment and build a strong foundation in HR functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and collect feedback. - Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires. - Assist in maintaining HR records and managing employee data. - Provide necessary administrative support to the HR department. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. - Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. As an HR Trainee, you will receive a stipend of 5,000 per month for a duration of 6 months.
