Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with prior experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new talent, and ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

· End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, and closing positions.

· Identify and attract top talent through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

· Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.

· Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new joiners.

· Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

· Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

· Maintain compliance with HR processes and documentation.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1 to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR role within an IT company.

· Strong understanding of IT job roles and tech hiring trends.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

· Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
