Job Title: HR Executive – BPO/Sales Recruitment

Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 3–8 Years (Mandatory in BPO/Sales hiring)

Industry: BPO / Call Center / Sales

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 5 days a week

Cab Facility: Drop facility provided for female employees only

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Professionals with 3–8 years of expertise in

managing end-to-end hiring processes, specifically in BPO and Sales recruitment. The ideal

candidate will have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality

talent pipelines within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles through:

○ Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

○ Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)

○ Employee referrals and internal databases

● Apply Boolean search techniques and filters for precise sourcing.

● Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers.

● Coordinate with the recruitment team for seamless handover of profiles.

● Ensure a high volume of relevant profiles daily to meet hiring targets.

● Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted candidates.

● Proactively build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3–8 years of recruitment experience in BPO or Sales hiring.

● Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

● Hands-on experience with job portals, social platforms, and databases.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Target-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.

● Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

● Bachelor’s degree in any field.

● Must reside within 10–12 km of Malakpet or be open to relocating to nearby hostels.

What We’re Not Looking For

● Candidates with primary backgrounds in HR operations, payroll, compliance, or

employee engagement without solid recruitment experience.
