Job Description

Description We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Responsibilities Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and ensure a smooth hiring process Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
