Key Responsibilities:

Client & Candidate Management

- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and create comprehensive recruitment strategies

- Source candidates through multiple channels (professional networking sites, online job boards, employee referrals)

- Provide consultancy on talent acquisition and recruitment processes to clients

Recruitment Process Execution

- Develop and post compelling job descriptions across various platforms

- Screen resumes and applications for suitability and necessary skills

- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and facilitate subsequent interviews with hiring teams

- Manage candidate records within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Candidate Experience & Offers

- Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process

- Conduct background checks and verify references for shortlisted candidates

- Provide regular feedback and updates on hiring metrics to internal teams and clients

Strategic & Administrative Tasks

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Contribute to enhancing employer branding initiatives

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement recruitment strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficiency with ATS and other HR software

- Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and knowledge of job boards/social media platforms

- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients
