Role Description The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, allowing some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The recruiter will also manage candidate pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate recruitment records. People along with a team of their own are preferred. Qualifications Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Experience with job postings and utilizing job portals Familiarity with the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience Proficiency in maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a consultancy or staffing firm is a plus Joining us with a team will be an additional qualification Show more Show less
