Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter at Super Industries, the parent company of Oxizun Personal & Home Care, located in Sector 125, Kharar, Punjab, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for FMCG and field sales roles. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. - Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews. - Coordinating interviews with department heads. - Maintaining databases and preparing recruitment reports. - Assisting in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. - Handling walk-ins and internal referrals. - Supporting HR documentation and administrative tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
