HR Recruiter

The role involves designing and updating job descriptions to attract potential candidates through various online channels such as social media, StackOverflow, and Behance. You will be responsible for crafting recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and screening incoming resumes and applications. Additionally, you will conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person sessions. As part of the recruitment process, you will prepare and distribute assignments, as well as numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests. Job openings will be advertised across multiple platforms, including the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels. You will provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates and handle job offer emails while addressing queries related to compensation and benefits. Monitoring key HR metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire is crucial in this role. Participation in job fairs, hosting recruitment events, and collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to new hires, assisting them during the onboarding process. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work day shifts. The role offers a performance bonus based on achievements. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat, before the expected start date of 01/03/2025.
