Job Description

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Sourcing candidates from various Job portals/sourcing channels based on the company requirements. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company. Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills and experience. Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract a diverse talent pool. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Self-driven to achieve assigned targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Experience with sourcing techniques. Understanding of referral programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
