Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Design and update accurate job descriptions to reflect role requirements. Utilize various online channels (LinkedIn, Hirect, Apna Jobs, social media) to source potential candidates. Craft compelling recruiting emails to engage passive candidates. Advertise job openings on the companys career page, social media, job boards, and internally. Screen incoming resumes and applications, evaluating qualifications and experience, particularly in the IT field. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation. Maintain an organized candidate database using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Sound Judgement during the hiring process. Requirements Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Experience with diverse candidate sourcing techniques. Solid verbal and written communication skills. BBA/MBA in HR or Diploma in HR (preferred).. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to set & meet team goals.
