HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews. Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Follow up with candidates during the selection and onboarding process. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, consultants, and job portals. Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of hiring. Stay updated with current trends in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and HR practices. Preferred Skills: Experience in bulk hiring or technical recruitment. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
