HR Recruiter

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. You will review resumes and applications to determine which candidates meet the job requirements. Conducting initial interviews, whether through phone, video, or in-person, will be an essential part of your role to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and involve other team members as needed. Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be crucial to manage candidate data, track applications, and ensure compliance with company policies. Another key aspect of your role will involve negotiating job offers with selected candidates and finalizing employment contracts. Moreover, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to excel in their roles. Working closely with HR managers, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and keep them updated on the recruitment progress. Monitoring key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction will be essential to track the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.
