HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
• Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support in campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives (if required).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter (consultancy or corporate).
• Familiarity with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HR policies and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
