Job Description for HR for Jaipur unit
Ø Recruit GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.
Ø Build networks with institutions and skill development organizations through in-person meetings (felid Visits) and Calling.
Ø Manage the interview, onboarding, and exit processes.
Ø Identify and implement strategies to reduce recruitment costs for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.
Ø Maintain well-organized employee records for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers, and track their performance.
Ø Address inquiries from GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers.
Ø Ensure proper execution of organizational policies and procedures.
Ø Collaborate with the operations team.
Ø Stay informed on healthcare regulations and provide training to new hires.
