Job Description

Role: HR Recruiter

Experience: 3–5 Years

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Especially Excel for data handling and reporting.
End-to-End Recruitment Process – Strong understanding of Oracle-based recruitment platforms for sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Job Portals & Social Media Hiring – Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
Reporting & Tracking – Skilled in maintaining recruitment trackers and generating MIS reports.

Additional Skills:

ATS Tools – Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Bulk Hiring Experience – Exposure to high-volume hiring drives.
HR Compliance – Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment-related compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
