Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gurgaon. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment databases, developing job descriptions, and building strong relationships with external agencies and candidates. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to meet the company’s hiring needs effectively.
