Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter at Plus Markets. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. Day-to-day tasks will include developing job descriptions and specifications, managing job postings, conducting background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will also participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and specifications
• Knowledge of conducting background checks and managing job postings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have UK hiring experience
