HR Recruiter

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of the upcoming walk-in drive by lining up maximum eligible candidates for interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals - Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience - Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" skills and suitability for the position - Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics - Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and improve hiring efficiency Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Please note that the job types available for this position are full-time and fresher candidates are also welcome to apply.
