Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years for junior / 3–5+ years for senior recruiter) in recruitment. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
