Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in social sector hiring to support our growing team. This role is purely commission-based, meaning the recruiter will receive payment only upon successfully hiring candidates for our NGO. Key Responsibilities: Identify, source, and recruit candidates for various roles within Orison Foundation. Leverage networking, outreach, and digital platforms to attract talent with expertise in the social sector. Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements. Ensure each hire aligns with the mission and values of the NGO. Requirements: Proven experience in hiring for NGOs or the social sector. Strong networking and sourcing skills. Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines. Understanding of commission-based recruitment models. Compensation: This is a purely commission-based role, with payment made per successful hire.
