Job Summary :-

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our Recruitment & Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates for non-IT positions, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Craft and send effective recruitment emails and job postings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Identify and assess candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, headhunting).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and measure recruitment metrics (conversion rates from applicants to offers and hires).
• Generate referrals from employees and external professional networks.
• Maintain and update a structured candidate database / talent pool.
• Engage with past applicants to inform them about new opportunities.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment / staffing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.

Education Qualification :-

• MBA (HR preferred) / Graduation in any discipline.
