We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring deadlines.
1. Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
2. Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
