Job Title:HR Recruiter/Executive Company:Niveshartha Location:Bengaluru (On-site) Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experience Required:Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Employment Type:Full-Time Job Overview:Niveshartha is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C sales, finance advisory, operations, and support roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely closures. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports Ensure timely offer rollouts and joining closures Follow up with candidates until onboarding Support basic HR activities as and when required Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously Basic knowledge of HR processes Preferred Candidates:Experience in bulk hiring / B2C sales hiring Immediate joiners Candidates with startup or fast-paced environment exposure What We Offer:Fixed salary between ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 Learning and growth opportunities in HR domain Supportive HR and management team Performance-based growth opportunities
