Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job boards, social media, Networking and referral programs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Promote the company’s brand and values to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

You may be a good fit, if you have

• Master's degree in human resource or related field.
• Proven experience as a Non IT recruiter or in similar recruitment role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
