About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting candidates for job opportunities in abroad countries. This role involves cold calling, follow-ups, candidate conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with potential hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential candidates for overseas job opportunities.
• Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and messages to guide them through the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure high conversion rates.
• Address candidate queries regarding job roles, visa processes, relocation, and other concerns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Ensure all candidate documents (resumes, certifications, passports, etc.) are properly verified.
• Coordinate with clients and overseas partners for interviews and onboarding.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets for candidate conversion.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1-2 years in lead conversion, Freshers are most welcomed to apply
• Experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Soft Skills: Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
