We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Interior Sales Telecaller to join our growing real estate and interiors team. The role demands strong sales instincts and excellent communication skills to handle client inquiries, pitch interior solutions, and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities: Make proactive outbound calls to potential leads from databases, property buyers, and online inquiries Clearly explain our interior design services and offerings to prospective clients Understand customer needs, suggest suitable solutions, and build trust over calls Schedule appointments for on-site consultations or meetings with our design experts Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and sales closures using CRM tools Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales call targets and contribute to team goals Collaborate with the sales, design, and marketing teams for smooth execution Handle client queries politely and professionally, providing timely responses Requirements: Minimum Experience- 1 year in sales Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into clients Proven ability to pitch products or services confidently over the phone A positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first approach Basic understanding of interior design or real estate is an advantage Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working under targets Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation in any stream is preferred Sales training or certifications will be an added benefit Benefits: Competitive fixed salary + incentives based on performance
