Job Description

1. Recruitment & SelectionUnderstand department-wise manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule face-to-face rounds. Coordinate with department heads for technical and final interviews. Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters for selected candidates. 2. Onboarding & DocumentationHandle pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding. Collect and verify joining documents and maintain employee records. Introduce new employees to company policies, processes, and culture. 3. Database & ReportingMaintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Manage and update candidate databases and job posting platforms. Prepare weekly/monthly hiring status reports for management review. 4. Employer BrandingRepresent the organization at job fairs and campus recruitment drives. Build and maintain a strong employer brand on social and professional platforms. 5. Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with HR, Admin, and Department Heads for manpower planning. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements during hiring. kills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities.
