Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure).
  • Understand job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and success profiles.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, social media).
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and conduct HR rounds and behavioral interviews.
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.

2. Onboarding:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities (document collection, background checks, etc.).
  • Prepare and send offer letters and welcome emails.
  • Schedule and conduct orientation sessions for new joiners.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding documents and system access setup.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding.
  • Gather feedback from new employees and share improvements with HR leadership.

3. Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and recruitment data in HR systems/ATS.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on hiring status and key metrics.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding (in-house or consultancy).
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Empathetic and candidate-centric mindset.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment (depending on company focus).
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools and HRIS systems.
  • Exposure to employer branding and campus hiring is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
