HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong networking skills to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: • Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions. • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit. • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person). • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
