Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter (Female) with experience in consulting or staffing. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within the given timelines.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Requirements

• Only Female Candidates can apply.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
• Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience in consulting or staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
