Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Minimum 1 Year Experience
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role is based at the client location and requires excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/conversion targets.
Follow up with leads and ensure closures.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Inside Sales.
Strong verbal communication skills in English/Tamil(as required).
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
