Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for further rounds
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment drives
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and metrics
• Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
