Role Description

This is an internship role for a HR Recruiter Intern, located on-site in Nagpur. The HR Recruiter Intern will assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The intern will also help maintain applicant tracking systems and support various HR administrative tasks to ensure the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office and basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle confidential information
• Relevant coursework or experience in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
