Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Khar west

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified and suitable candidates while maintaining a positive employer brand image.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection

  • Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions for various departments.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Onboarding and Documentation

  • Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation sessions for new employees.

Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment

  • Support HR in developing recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and placement cells for campus hiring.

HR Coordination and Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth joining and departmental handovers.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&B).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills using online tools and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases or ATS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
