HR Recruiter Intern

Role Overview: As a Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support our rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams. - Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. - Assist with the onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. - Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
