• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and references.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual calls with candidates to assess fitment.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–4 years of recruitment experience (education/university sector preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Reporting).
• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
