Job Description

We are looking for recruiters at various levels for our Consultancy located at Sector-49, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana

Designation- Recruiter

Experience- 0 to 2 Yrs

Qualification - Any Graduate or MBA

Job Location - Gurugram, Haryana

Work from Office Only.

Five Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Timing- 8.30 am-5.30 Pm

Job Description-

Interacting with the candidates.

Receiving requirement from the team Leader.

Analyzing the requirement.

Updating the candidates with relevant openings.

Work on references, mapping, head hunting.
Follow up with the candidate till joining.
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, and on boarding candidates.
Screening: Short listing candidates sourced through Job portal (Naukri, shine, and LinkedIn).
Head Hunting and Reference Hunting
Ensure that positions are closed within the specified/agreed TAT
Responsible for Managing the complete recruitment cycle.
