Job Description

We are looking for recruiters at various levels for our Consultancy based in Gurgaon,Sohna Road.

Work from Office Only.

Five Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Timing- 8.30 am-5.30 Pm

Job Description-
Interacting with the candidates.
Analysing the requirement
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on the selection process.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Engage in proactive talent pipelining for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in understanding industry trends.
