As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various verticals including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, Projects, Administration, and other support functions. Your role will involve close collaboration with department heads to understand role-specific requirements, skillsets, and urgency levels. You will be expected to strategically source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates, ensuring that they align with both the technical needs and the cultural values of the organization. In this position, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle—from crafting attractive job descriptions and posting them across multiple platforms, to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding. A key part of your responsibility will be to build a robust talent pipeline, reduce time-to-hire, and contribute to lowering attrition through better selection practices. You will also play a critical role in enhancing the overall candidate experience, maintaining strong employer branding, and supporting the company’s rapid growth and project-based hiring needs in a highly competitive market.
