Job Description

HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Sourcing & Candidate Generation:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in in-person interviews and provide constructive feedback to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management & Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer letter process.
  • Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Assist with the pre-onboarding process, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Coordinate with the HR operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the

    HRMS

    or applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand and attracting top talent.
  • Represent the company positively at job fairs or recruitment events (if applicable).
  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
