We are looking for a Junior HR recruiters and HR Executive for our esteemed Organization Work Destination : : Cochin - Kerala Shift timing:: Days shift(09:30 am to 6:30 pm) 6 Days working (Sunday off) Salary Package:: Negotiable Upon Interview Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter located in Cochin-Kerala, India. The HR Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role involves close collaboration with the hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Qualification:: Graduation/ Post Graduation Skills:: Great communication skills (bilingual Preferred), Quick learning, Basic knowledge of recruitment, Positive attitude. Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases Time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in recruiting or HR is a plus Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is beneficial Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in our organization : Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, job boards, social media, etc.) and screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Interviewing and Selection: Conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person) and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Negotiating and On boarding: Negotiating job offers with candidates, ensuring they meet the agency's placement requirements, and managing the on boarding process for new hires. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates. Recruitment Strategy Development: Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the agency's client base. Database Management: Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates and client information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the recruitment process. Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and track the agency's performance.
