Dear Applicants For Scheduling inetrview Call Sameera-9900975043 Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job fairs, and educational institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates. Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build talent pools for future hiring needs. Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job descriptions for open positions across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, company website, and social media channels. Create attractive job advertisements that highlight the companys culture and values to attract the best candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct phone interviews, assess skillsets, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Candidate Experience: Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates regarding application status, feedback, and next steps. Provide candidates with insights about the company culture, benefits, and roles to help them make informed decisions. Manage candidate expectations and ensure a seamless and professional experience from application to offer. Offer Management: Present and negotiate offers to selected candidates, ensuring alignment with compensation structures, company policies, and employee expectations. Handle background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific recruitment needs, skill requirements, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on candidate selection, interview processes, and decision-making. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and necessary documentation. Ensure smooth integration for new hires and collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate interactions, interviews, and hires. Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. Market Research and Employer Branding: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and best recruitment methods. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an HR recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, ideally within a corporate or agency setting. Experience in hiring across multiple functions (e.g., IT, marketing, sales, operations) is preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent interviewing and assessment skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws, compensation trends, and employment regulations. Understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment. Certifications (Optional): SHRM-CP (Certified Professional), PHR (Professional in Human Resources), or similar HR certifications. Personal Attributes: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for talent acquisition. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
