As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a vital role in shaping our future by identifying and hiring top talent. With over 1 year of experience, you will be based in Dubai (initially spending 2-3 months in Bangalore) and will be required to work from the office 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). Your key responsibilities will include understanding and aligning with clients" hiring needs and organizational goals, conducting thorough research on clients" companies and competitors, defining job descriptions and specifications, identifying prospective candidates through various channels, and presenting shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles. Furthermore, you will build long-term client relationships, research recruiting leads, develop sustainable candidate lead strategies, and provide valuable advice on recruiting best practices. To excel in this role, you should have an excellent grasp of recruitment processes, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ideally, an understanding of Recruitment Marketing software. Your knowledge of candidate selection methods, Employer Branding strategies, and experience with candidate sourcing tools will be crucial. Additionally, your critical thinking, problem-solving skills, interpersonal abilities, and effective time-management will be essential for timely and successful results.
