Job Description

HR Recruiter – Textile Industry

Industry: Women Ethnic Wear / Textile Manufacturing & Retail

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for textile roles (Sales, Store, Merchandiser, Production, Tailors, QC, Designers, etc.)
Prepare JDs, job postings, and manage candidate sourcing through portals & social media.
Conduct screening, telephonic interviews, scheduling, and coordination with department heads.
Build a talent pipeline for high-volume textile hiring.
Ensure HR policies, discipline, grooming standards, and shop-floor etiquette are followed.
Support employee engagement, retention, and training activities.
Maintain HR MIS, daily hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.

Requirements

Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle bulk hiring and urgent joinings.
