To excel in this role, you should possess: - A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or telecom sectors. - Familiarity with HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and database management. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
