As an HR Recruiter at Frozen Bottle, a leading dessert brand in India, your primary responsibility will be focused on blue-collar recruitment within the Bengaluru region. Your role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring blue-collar employees to support the company's expansion plans. Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding processes. Your success in this role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools is essential to streamline the recruitment process, while knowledge of local labor laws and regulations will ensure compliance in all hiring activities. A background in blue-collar recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing will be beneficial for this position. Any prior experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this full-time role.
