HR Recruiter (Blue Collar)

You will be working as a full-time HR Recruiter specializing in blue-collar recruitment for Frozen Bottle, a leading dessert brand in India. Your role will be based in Bengaluru, where you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring blue-collar employees to support the company's expansion plans. As an HR Recruiter, your daily tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, managing job postings on various platforms, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. It will be crucial for you to maintain accurate records and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in blue-collar recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
