L&D Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development (L&D):

training programs

product manuals and best practices

quality control training

workshops, upskilling sessions, and employee engagement initiatives

standardization and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in

  training

  in the

  F&B / FMCG / QSR industry

  .
• Experience in

  training L&D program

  .
• Ability to balance

  innovation, cost efficiency, and food safety compliance

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills

  .
