Responsibilities: Handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for frontline roles. Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews. Coordinate with vendors and local agencies for candidate sourcing. Conduct initial rounds of interviews and schedule with line managers. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring. Good communication and coordination skills. Experience with sourcing platforms, consultancies, and referrals.
